In accordance with new legislation passed into law by the U.S. Congress entitled the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 ("CPSIA"), manufacturers of certain consumer products including paint, are required to certify that their products are manufactured in compliance with the CPSIA. This new law applies to all consumer paint products manufactured after 11-12-08. Follow the steps below to obtain a Certificate of Conformity.

From this site, you are able to enter the UPC code and Batch Number from a paint package, and view and/or print the corresponding Certificate of Conformity for that product.

Enter the UPC code (12 digits):		Required!	Must be 12 numeric digits
An example of the UPC Code appears to the right - enter all 12 digits, including the digits on the very left and the very right
Enter the Batch/Lot code located on the bottom of the can or the side of the pail:		Required!
Press the 'Submit' button and print out the certificate, as needed
